*optional- dried currants and cheese (white cheddar or goat cheese would be great!!) *I eyeballed the dressing components, but here’s a rough estimate of how much I used if you need some guidance

  • Toasted almonds, chopped (I put a handful of raw almonds in a pan and put them on the stove for a few minutes on medium).
  • Half of a Pink Lady apple, cored and sliced into triangles.
  • Half of a grapefruit, peeled and chopped.
  • Dinosaur kale (cut into thin strips to help with digestion- I just used some kitchen scissors to do this).

They have an array of salads, wraps, and different plates to choose from!!Ī few meal recommendations if you find yourself at any Flower Child location (: I love this place SO much that I even wrote an essay about it in my first semester english class. Luckily this glorious and delicious restaurant is just a few minutes down the street from my school. I discovered Flower Child last year when I started my first year of college in Arizona.
